The Services are provided by Target Skills, a French company registered in France (siret: 44015972100032), whose address is 1-3 Rue Marcel Carné 91080 Courcouronnes, France. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use Please read them carefully.

You must follow any rules that apply to the Services you use.

Do not use our Services improperly. Do not attempt, for example, to interfere with our Services or to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You must use our Services only in accordance with the laws in force. We may suspend or discontinue the provision of our Services if you fail to comply with any applicable terms or regulations, or if we suspect or detect improper use.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services nor the content that you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These Terms and Conditions of Use do not give you the right to use any trademark or logo contained in our Services.

Our Services display content that does not belong to PlanningPME. These contents are the sole responsibility of the entity that made them available. In connection with your use of the Services, and the performance of this contract, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information.

You must have a PlanningPME account to use our Services. You can create this account yourself. To protect your Planning PME account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any activity exercised in or through your PlanningPME account. Be careful not to use the same password in third-party applications as the one associated with your PlanningPME account.

Our Services allow you to import, store, send or receive content. You keep all your intellectual property rights at all times.

Target Skills regularly modifies and improves its Services. We are therefore likely to add or remove features or functions without prior notification.

The provision of Services is subject to a best endeavours obligation, in so far as is commercially reasonable. But there are certain limitations to our promise about our Services.

We do not make any commitments about the content of the Services, the specific functions available in the Services or their reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.

Within the limits permitted by law, Target Skills, its suppliers and distributors, accept no liability for loss of profits, income or data, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages or damages related to use of our Services.

Within the limits of the law, the total liability of Target Skills, its suppliers and distributors for any claim under these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you have paid for the use of the Services.

In all cases, Target Skills, its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

If you are a consumer and you reside in the European Economic Area or in Switzerland, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions is governed by the law and courts of your country. Disputes can be transmitted via the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission in order to be settled online.

If you are a professional user in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, these conditions are governed by French law. Target Skills and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions. Target Skills, however, remains able to seek injunctive relief (or other equivalent emergency legal measures) from any jurisdiction.
